We are a firm of progressive and dynamic chartered accountants practicing in Direct Tax, Corporate Taxes, Bank, Insurance and Company Audits, IPO Advisory and Consultancy services.

We require:

1. Chartered Accountants

with Post qualification/ experience of 3 to 15 years in the field of –

1. 1. Statutory Audits
   2. Internal Audits
   3. Direct Taxes and Tax Planning, Appeals etc.
   4. Handling of Bank Finance
   5. Due Diligence in Private equity
   6. Investment Banking and SEBI matters

2. Fresh Chartered Accountants

With Post qualification/ experience of 1 to 3 years willing to work with us in the field of

1. 1. Audits and Internal Audits
   2. Direct Tax Matters
   3. Tax Planning
   4. Company Law Matters, IPO’s, Investment Banking etc.

3. Semi Qualified Assistants

CA Inter or B. Com – 10 to 15 years experience, M. Com with 5 to 10         years experience, Knowledge of Audits, Direct Taxes

4. Articles

Fresh Articles after clearing IPCC/PCC/PEII or experienced articles on transfer.
